We have started learning about the "FRIENDS" program in Health and Career Education. This program helps teach children ways of coping with fears and anxiety as well as making friends and how to be a good friend.
Our first home assignment is due next week (November 23). Your child should be asking three family members about a goal they are working on.
For example: My sister is trying to learn how to play the piano.
Students can record this information in their agenda.

Welcome to our homework blog, everyone! This is where I'll post what was written on our homework board daily and give a few extra details. Moms and Dads,if you'd like to email me about your child, email at gdill@sd22.bc.ca I check this account at the end of each day and will be able to respond to you. Otherwise, call me at the school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday mornings about 8 or after 2:30.
For tomorrow: School supplies are $52.00 and payable at the office
Art - All About Me! finish with any criteria you still need to complete
Gym Strip - a separate t-shirt, pair a shorts and indoor shoes that can be tied or velcroed tightly. Gather these things together into a reusable bag with a string tie and leave in your locker.
